Når vi her i huset holder fx fødselsdage, ja så har jeg alle dage lagt en papirs dug på bordet sammen med et udvalg af tusser (vandbaserede hvis nu uheldet skulle være ude) og så kunne de ellers slå sig løs mens de spiste, et STORT hit.
Så her den anden dag var jeg i gang med at rydde op, tænkte at jeg lige ville afprøve om alle disse tusser nu også virkede, mange af dem gjorde bestemt ikke. Bedst som jeg sidder der og tegner med dem, ja så vælter jeg mit glas med vand udover hele bordet papir inklusiv.
Første reaktion, spurte ud i køkkenet og hente noget at tørre op med
Anden reaktion, wow vent lige, ej se... Pause.
Men hvad så jeg så... Jo se her.
Dette er mit papir jeg var ved og tegne på... Det ligner jo vandfarve!!! Hold nu op, hmm gad vide om, kan man mon?! Dét skal afprøves!!!
Med udgangspunkt i denne farvekombination
Besluttede jeg mig for at teste om man kunne bruge billige tusser (som i virkelig billige tusser og billigt watercolor papir) som vandfarve?! Lige som man kan købe sig fattig i div. redskaber til og skabe skønne skønne billeder med.

Men Hvordan gør man så? Jeg embossede en rose med hvid embossing pulver på detter watercolor papir, og så farvelagde jeg det lidt ad gangen med en tusch (de tre farver vist på bordet er dem jeg brugte) så lidt vand, så lidt tusch, så lidt vand, så lidt tusch... så brugte jeg min heat gun og sådan fortsatte jeg, ingen lige streger men alt i cirkel bevægelser,og lidt ad gangen. Er vild med resultatet, og det er bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg laver kort på denne måde. Hele processen (og dette er mit første forsøg) tog mig fra start til færdig kort 01:04:26, altså en time, fire minutter og seksogtyve sekunder, så det jo ikke "lang" tid.

Sometimes accident makes you so happy, you can´t stand it!
When we are having a birthday party at our house, we always have a paper tablecloth on the kids table along with a variety of markers (water-based if an accident should happen) so that the kids can enjoy themselves while eating, it´s a BIG hit, the kids love it, and we are known as the household where you may color on the tablecloth, fun.
So the other day I was in the process of clearing up my craft room, I thought that I might as well try out all the markers to see if they where working or not, many of them certainly did not. Best as I´m sitting there and drawing with them, I tip over my glass of water.
First reaction, ran as someone was after me into the kitchen to get something to dry up my watery mess
Second reaction, wow, hold on, wait, see ... pause. What I was looking at you can see in my first pic. The water that I spilled, made the colors on my paper look kinda like watercolors. AWSOME!!!!
Based on the color combination you see in pic two. I decided to give my markers a try and see if I could use them as watercolors (this is cheap ass markers, and the watercolor paper to)
But how do you go about doing it? First I embossed a rose with white embossing powder on watercolor paper and then I colored it a little at a time with a marker (the three colors shown on the table are the ones I used) added a little water, then added a litter color, then a little water, a little ink ... then I used my heat gun and so one I continued, don´t make any straight lines but do it all in a circular motion and a little at a time. I think it is a stunning result and it is certainly not the last time I make cards this way.
The whole process (and this is my first attempt) took me from start to finish 1:04:26, = one hour, four minutes and twenty-six seconds, so thats not a very "long" time for a first attempt.
